Job Description
Our team is building a consolidated view of all customer survey data. Many surveys are sent to customers during various points in their customer journey (e.g., after beginning service, after experiencing an outage or enrolling in a program). We use this information (in tandem with various other datasets) to improve operational excellency to provide an optimal customer experience.
This role is for a Technical Product Owner to manage the Agile Product team responsible for constructing this consolidated data mart. The Product Owner defines, delivers, and manages the lifecycle of the product. He/she will Lead our product team in developing this large-scale AWS data mart.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
Defines and manages product roadmap
Build, groom and prioritize the product backlog, continuously managing expectations with relevant stakeholders including the senior leadership team and business sponsors
Manage the sprint planning process and participate in all relevant ceremonies (reviews of prior sprints, grooming, retrospectives, demos, etc.)
Working independently with minimal supervision
Develop a deep contextual understanding of our customer, worker and user needs
Gather feedback through internal user interactions to support future development
Write detailed functional specifications, user stories and product documentation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams of developers, designers and analysts to implement and deliver new products and features
Collaborate with the organization on vision, strategy, decisioning, tactical execution, and measurement systems
Communicate roadmap stages and timelines internally with key stakeholders and sponsors
Assist in managing change for impacted stakeholder
Required Qualifications
5 years of experience
Certified Scrum or SAFE Product Owner
Desired Qualifications
Experience with Data related projects.
Experience reading/interpreting BI Reports/Dashboards
Previous SQL experience
