Senior RPA Programmer Location St. Louis, MO :
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled UiPath Expert RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Developer to work with our client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining automation workflows using UiPath Studio at the client. They should possess extensive experience in RPA development, have a deep understanding of UiPath features and functionalities, and demonstrate proficiency in delivering high-quality automation solutions. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather automation requirements and understand business processes.
- Design and develop automation workflows using UiPath Studio in accordance with best practices and coding standards.
- Analyze, identify, and troubleshoot issues in automation processes and propose effective solutions.
- Conduct thorough testing of automation workflows to ensure accuracy, reliability, and scalability.
- Deploy automation solutions to production environments and provide ongoing support and maintenance.
- Document technical specifications, process workflows, and standard operating procedures.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in RPA technology and UiPath platform to leverage new features and capabilities.
- Scripting and coding in any RPA tool to resolve automation issues.
- Reviewing the code and the design and providing expertise in the development, and integration of systems
- Conduct testing and debugging of software bots to ensure they function correctly.
- Configuring new automation with efficient and easily understandable automation tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation and training materials.
- Contribute to the development of RPA best practices and standards within the organization.
- Leverage on RPA development best practices and version control with GitHub UiPath integration.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in RPA development, with a focus on UiPath.
- UiPath Advanced Developer certification is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and other UiPath products.
- Strong understanding of RPA concepts, principles, and best practices.
- Experience in programming languages such as VB.NET, C#, or Python.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of delivering successful automation projects on time and within budget.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
- On-site required - 4 days a week/1 day WAH, excludes MON or FRI.
