Job Description:

The Business Analyst Consultant will contribute to projects and programs primarily focusing on process and functional skills often connected to IT solutions and process & IT implementation. This role encompasses all project phases from prestudies to the implementation of change while providing process and functional expertise as well as best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects and processes independently working with limited supervision.
• Coach and review the work of lowerlevel professionals fostering their development.
• Apply advanced knowledge of business consulting typically obtained through education and extensive work experience.
• Address complex problems and develop innovative solutions to improve processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop appropriate solutions.

Qualifications:

• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in business consulting process improvement and IT implementation.
• Skills:
  • Strong problemsolving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven capability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
