Soderburg Roofing & Contracting is seeking a dynamic and motivated Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new projects, managing the sales process, overseeing insurance restoration work, and ensuring the successful completion of construction projects. This commission-based role offers the opportunity to earn an average of $10,000 per month in commissions.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new roofing, windows, siding, and gutter projects through various sales strategies and lead generation techniques.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Handle the insurance restoration process, including assessing storm damage, working with insurance adjusters, and advocating for the homeowner.
• Oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Communicate effectively with homeowners to keep them informed and satisfied throughout the project.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal team members to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure all work complies with local building codes, regulations, and company standards.
• Provide regular updates and reports to company management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
• Strong sales skills with a track record of generating and closing deals.
• Knowledge of the insurance restoration process and experience working with insurance claims.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
