Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Compliance Manager/Director to ensure our company’s adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards while mitigating risk. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures, overseeing audits and training, and ensuring ongoing compliance with state and federal laws.
Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures for carrier’s insurance products.

Monitor and ensure compliance with state policy form and rate regulations, ISO filing changes, and government regulations.

Lead the strategy development, design, analysis, and execution of P&C Insurance products.

Conduct compliance audits and recommend procedural changes to ensure adherence.

Collaborate with internal teams and external regulatory bodies to support product introductions and changes.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Law, Risk Management, or a related discipline with Property & Casualty Insurance experience.

5-7+ years of experience in a compliance role and 2+ years in a leader capacity.

Hands-on leader with strong leadership and interpersonal skills, able to roll up their sleeves and get involved in the day-to-day responsibilities.
