We are a sizable commercial and industrial painting and coatings contractor based in Denver, Colorado, that was founded in 1992 and serves the Colorado and Arizona markets. With the completion of hundreds of commercial projects, including high rises, hospitals, university campuses, offices, recreation centers, religious buildings, parking garages, retail stores and outlets, movie theaters, entertainment districts, water facilities, data poles, and a wide range of other structures, we are honored to have contributed to the growth of both urban and rural areas. Large, difficult commercial and industrial projects are our specialty. To ensure the success of these projects, we need a colossal amount of labor and management personnel. Some of the projects we work on include, but are not limited to, high-performance coatings, wall coverings, paintstripping, sealants, sandblasting, and commercial and industrial painting.

PM/Estimator

Position Overview
Our company is seeking a skilled candidate for the position of PM/Estimator. The candidate will be responsible for managing various projects while also providing accurate cost estimates for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timelines are met
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure efficient completion of tasks
• Communicate project progress to clients and stakeholders
• Prepare and deliver project proposals and estimates
• Provide technical expertise and recommendations to clients
• Ensure projects are completed within budget and to client satisfaction

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management and estimating
• Demonstrated knowledge of concrete restoration, coatings paint, coatings, industrial painting, or industrial coatings
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in relevant project management and estimating software
